Reporting to the Asia Pacific Chief Human Resource Officer, we are searching for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Manager/ Senior Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC), to play a pivotal role in shaping the total rewards strategy to support the advancement of Knauf APAC’s People ambition and business goals. As part of a high calibre APAC Human Resources Function, you will collaborate with the Knauf Group HR function in Europe and APAC Country HR network to design, implement, and manage the compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our talent.

What you'll be doing
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand organizational needs and develop compensation and benefits solutions that support our business objectives.
- Lead the management, governance, proposal and implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives and programs, including employee recognition programs, in partnership with the Group HR and local Country HR teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and rollout of rewards programs, including training and support for managers and employees.
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking and recommend actions to the business leaders and HR teams accordingly.
- Provide expertise and guidance on compensation structures, incentive programs, benefits programs, performance management strategies, and evolving work practices.
- Manage and partner with external vendors or consultants for data and best practices.
- Oversee compliance to existing compensation and benefits frameworks, and support Group and regional reporting activities as required.
What we'd love for you to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data-Analytics or related field.
- Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards commercial consulting experience would be an advantage.
- Proven experience ( at least 5 years) in strategic and operational compensation and benefits planning and administration, at a country or regional level.
- Knowledge of regional and /or local labor laws, regulations, and market practices related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Learning agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
