Regional Project Manager APAC – Salesforce
Summary
The role has the responsibility in APAC to act as the project manager between Global and Local teams with respect to project management of various Commercial and Digital platforms and systems across the region.
Key programs include OneCRM (global instance of Salesforce), Knauf.com and other projects that are continuously added to the roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage and steer Regional and Local project teams according to Global rollout project plan.
- Alignment on project schedule with Global and Local teams.
- Management of work packages regional responsibility of rollout project.
- Collection and provisioning of project deliverables e.g., Localization inputs, data migration inputs, UAT sign-off.
- Management of project milestones and quality gates/critical phases.
- Regular alignment with stakeholders such as Change Owner, Business Champion, Global rollout team.
- Active preparation and presentation in Rollout SteerCo.
- Responsible to ensure rollout projects are completed successfully.
Requirements
- A formal tertiary degree preferably in IT or business.
- Must have intermediate to strong knowledge of Salesforce.
- Certifications in Salesforce are advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce rollout projects/programs is required.
- Must have extensive experience in IT project management for large program rollouts across regions of 10+ years.
- Coordinating and managing projects and teams.
- Exposure to digital marketing is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Professional Certifications in Project Management such as PMI are nice to have.
