Working with Knauf helps me become the best version of myself. For 4 years now, I strongly believe that our growth in the organization comes from coaching, listening, and open-mindedness to different perspectives. With the organization’s psychologically safe environment and culture, I learned how to speak up and accept better ideas of each and every individual. Knowing that what I do everyday helps contribute to another’s journey is the most fulfilling role I can have. I had the chance to grow professionally and personally while working for Knauf Indonesia due to strategic projects including branding activation. By embracing the humanity or menschlichkeit value, I have supportive coworkers. In fact, I still had the chance to pursue my MBA program's postgraduate courses while I was employed by Knauf.

I have been working with the company for 4 years. My first impression here is the safety culture. After that it's the good working environment and teamwork. In R&D, we are always encouraged to share ideas with the team and across functions. In addition, I have been receiving rich L&D opportunities throughout my tenure. One of my most impressive event is the learning opportunity provided by Knauf Corporate R&D in Germany. I feel lucky and so grateful to be a part of Knauf APAC R&D and to support its growth as the 3rd R&D pillar in the company.
