Reporting into Senior Business Process Manager, we are searching for a team member to join us as Manager, Process Excellence & Digital Transformation, Asia Pacific.

The Manager, Process Excellence & Digital Transformation, Asia Pacific plays a critical regional role in driving change, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating complex business issues into practical, scalable solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.
What you will be doing
Process Improvement & Change Leadership
· Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from problem definition through to solution design and implementation.
· Lead structured root cause analysis (e.g. data-driven analysis, process diagnostics) to identify underlying issues in business processes and systems.
· Design practical, scalable process solutions, balancing standardization, control, and local business needs.
· Act as a change agent, proactively challenging the status quo and guiding stakeholders through change.
· Present findings, recommendations, and business cases clearly and confidently to senior management and key decision-makers.
Digitization & System Enablement
· Identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual or inefficient processes.
· Work closely with IT and data teams to translate business requirements into system and reporting solutions.
· Support regional digitisation efforts through clear functional specifications, Data and logic validation and Hands-on testing and iteration
Automated Reporting
· Ensure processes are designed to capture high-quality data at source.
· Define and track KPIs that genuinely measure process and business effectiveness.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance dashboards and automated reporting (e.g. SAP BW, Tableau, Celonis).
Project & Stakeholder Management
· Own the business-side delivery of regional initiatives and system rollouts.
· Gather, document, and prioritise detailed business requirements.
· Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet real business needs.
· Act as a trusted partner to Global Process Owners, providing strong APAC input into global designs.
What we would love for you to have
A degree in commerce, technology, or science.
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in business process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
Proven ability to Diagnose complex business and system problems and perform deep root cause analysis
Design and implement pragmatic, data-driven solutions
Demonstrated experience presenting to senior management and influencing decisions without formal authority.
Strong experience working in SAP-enabled environments. and have · Strong working knowledge of SAP core modules and data structures
Project delivery experience across regional or multi-country settings.
Advanced experience in process analysis, documentation, and solution design
Strong communication skills in English is a must (written and spoken)
