Knauf is an ideal starting point for a recent graduate like me. What immediately impressed me was the company's strong commitment to sustainability, evident in its practices and products, which reflects a genuine urgency to combat climate change. I also appreciate the close-knit and collaborative culture. One of the most remarkable experiences I've had was attending a leadership training in Malaysia, where I gained valuable insights from top management and connected with other management trainees. I feel fortunate to be part of Knauf and contribute to support the company's growth.

The LEAP Program has been a transformative experience, offering me invaluable exposure through rotations in Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Sales. These rotations provided a holistic understanding of the business, while mentoring sessions with the Sales Director and interactions with senior management helped refine my leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. This program has equipped me with the technical expertise and confidence to excel in a dynamic environment. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity and highly recommend it to anyone looking to build a strong foundation for a career in the manufacturing industry.

I was once doubtful about my career path after graduating from university. LEAP became my compass, guiding me and allowing me to learn from the best in the field. Now, I am passionate about what I do as an engineer and am immersed in impactful projects. It feels like I've taken a LEAP myself!

Being part of the LEAP program has been an incredibly enriching journey.
